Phil Anderson Financial Services Ltd, has been recognised for its outstanding customer service, gaining one of the UK’s highest profile awards.

The firm of independent financial advisers which has offices in Aberdeen, Ellon and Caithness, has been named the winner of the Best Customer Service category by the Best Business Awards 2015.

The financial services company, which specialises in mortgages, insurance, investments and pensions, employs seven staff across its three offices who have contributed highly to the new business award.

Phil Anderson Financial Services was awarded the accolade due to its innovative approach to customer service, after investing in a number of new services including; new technology, social media platforms and experienced staff.

The Best of Business Awards, honour the outstanding achievements of dynamic local businesses and entrepreneurs across each county of the United Kingdom, and prides itself on having a large panel of independent expert judges.
