Our Financial Services Director, Phil Anderson, has become one of the first to graduate from The Aberdeen Business Network Networking Academy. Commenting on the award Phil said: “The Networking Academy is a great way of further developing your business development and communication skills.”

Award-winning entrepreneur Andrew Smith is ABN director – who also look after the 4,000 plus member website: ABNCommunity.com. The ABN Networking Academy launched earlier this year aiming to help members become more effective at business networking on online platforms as well as offline.

Andrew said: “It follows a 10-stage programme designed to help members develop their skills. This includes networking events, training workshops, a networking audit, practical experience and one-on-one assessment. “The initial feedback has been excellent.”

Judith MacDonald, of Contempo Property, graduated alongside Phil. She said: “I’ve found the structure of the programme to be very beneficial in helping me become a more effective networker. I’d definitely recommend it to others.”
